In 2006, I founded Web-Sta Web Design after discovering a talent for creating websites that not only looked great but also helped businesses attract customers and grow. What started as a single website project quickly evolved into a thriving agency supporting businesses across Australia with website design, branding, content marketing and digital strategy. As Web-Sta approaches its 20th year in business, I remain passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses build a strong and authentic online presence.
Alongside Web-Sta, I launched Karen Ahl Inc, where I work as a marketing strategist and mindset mentor. Over the years, I recognised that marketing challenges are rarely just about tactics. Confidence, clarity and mindset often play an equally important role in business growth. Through coaching, workshops and mentoring, I help business owners overcome overwhelm, gain direction and develop marketing strategies that align with their personality, values and goals.
I am passionate about supporting local businesses and creating stronger communities through connection, education and collaboration. This commitment extends beyond business through my involvement as co-organiser of the Real Men Rally, a community initiative focused on raising awareness and encouraging conversations around domestic violence prevention.
