Established in 1986, the not-for-profit organisation began as a disability employment service and has grown to provide a broader range of services for individuals, employers and communities. Its purpose is to create equity and inclusion through employment, health, training and community services.
Employment support remains a key focus, including Inclusive Employment Australia, NDIS Employment Services, recruitment and employer support. The Personnel Group also provides allied health services, accredited training and community programs.
In Queensland, The Personnel Group has offices in Caboolture, Deception Bay and Margate, providing local access to employment support, allied health and training services.
Its person-centred approach focuses on individual goals, helping people build skills, access opportunities and participate more fully in employment and their community.
