Businesses, entrepreneurs and innovation leaders from the City of Moreton Bay have until 5pm on Friday 17 July to apply for a place in the 2026 #TeamMoretonBay delegation to the Something Digital Conference.
The council-supported initiative will see 20 successful applicants attend the conference on 25 and 26 August 2026 in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley precinct, with subsidised tickets available for $199 including GST. Standard tickets are valued at $599.
Delivered through Innovate Moreton Bay, the delegation aims to strengthen digital capability, foster industry connections and expose local business leaders to emerging trends shaping the digital economy.
The Something Digital Conference is regarded as one of Australia’s leading events for digital innovation, bringing together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, marketers, developers and business decision-makers from across the country.
The 2026 conference theme, Shaping the Paradox Era, will explore the growing intersection between human and machine intelligence as organisations navigate rapid advances in automation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
The program will feature two stages, more than 100 speakers, masterclasses, networking opportunities and keynote presentations focused on the opportunities and challenges facing modern businesses.
As part of the delegation, participants will also attend pre-event activities designed to help strengthen connections within the City of Moreton Bay innovation community and maximise networking opportunities during the conference.
Successful applicants will be notified on Friday 24 July.
City of Moreton Bay Council said the initiative forms part of its commitment to supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and business growth across the region by providing local professionals with access to industry-leading insights and networks.
