The partnership supports both Moreton Daily and Moreton Daily Business, helping connect businesses through trusted local journalism while supporting coverage of the industries, investment and people shaping the City of Moreton Bay.

Founded by CEO Karen Ahl, Web-Sta will celebrate two decades in business this November. Over that time, the company has built more than 3,000 business websites and grown to support more than 200 clients, with around 90 per cent based in the City of Moreton Bay.’

Specialising in website design, development, hosting and digital marketing, Web-Sta works with businesses across a range of industries, helping organisations strengthen their online presence, attract customers and support long-term business growth.

Karen said reaching the 20-year milestone made it the right time to invest in supporting the community that had supported Web-Sta’s growth.

“I’ve been following the Moreton Daily journey for quite some time, and moving from being a Business Ambassador to a Strategic Partner has been on my to-do list for quite a while,” Karen said.

“After more than 20 years in business here, I’ve always believed that when a business community is thriving, it creates a thriving local community as well.”

Karen said Moreton Daily Group’s positive approach to local journalism aligned closely with Web-Sta’s own philosophy of supporting small businesses.

“Moreton Daily Group, through Moreton Daily and Moreton Daily Business, has this really beautiful spin in that most of the stories are positive,” Karen said.

“The fact that a really bright light is being shone on Moreton Bay and all the amazing things happening here is super important. I’m so grateful to be able to support that.”
