Together with my business partner, Grant Barrow, we created We Are HR to give businesses access to experienced HR expertise without the complexity, cost or disconnect often associated with traditional outsourced HR services. My experience spans both internal HR leadership and external consulting, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges faced by business owners, leaders and employees alike.
