As businesses prepare to thank clients, staff and partners this Christmas, personalised gifting offers a way to strengthen relationships and keep their brand front of mind.
Scented by Harry owner Jenny Marree says the business works with companies across a range of industries, including real estate agencies, which regularly turn to the business for personalised client gifts that reflect their brand and budget.
“Scented by Harry does a lot of corporate gifting. We provide gifts to a large number of real estate agents around the City of Moreton Bay” Jenny said.
From settlement gifts and client thank-yous to Christmas presents, Scented by Harry offers personalised candle tins, branded labels, custom ribbons and luxe gift boxes.
Some clients order five or 10 gifts at a time, while others require larger quantities, with regular customers’ preferred fragrances and gift selections kept on file for easy reordering.

For one Melbourne business, Scented by Harry recently created around 100 customised candles, featuring blue wax to match the company’s corporate colour and personalised labels produced by a local printer.
The order included two candle sizes to accommodate different gifting budgets, with the client also able to select its preferred fragrance.
Jenny says businesses don’t need a large budget to create something personalised.
“It doesn’t matter if a client has a budget of $20 or $500, we can suggest different candles, levels of personalisations and jars to suit that budget,” she said.
“We can customise any box to suit any budget.”

Who’s on your Christmas gift guide?
Christmas is an opportunity to acknowledge the people who have contributed to your business throughout the year. A personal gesture can go a long way in showing them their support hasn’t gone unnoticed. Jenny’s tips are:
For loyal customers and clients
Thank the people who continue to choose your business. Recognise their loyalty, celebrate the relationship you’ve built and remind them how much their ongoing support means.
For valued stakeholders
Acknowledge the suppliers, collaborators and professional connections who have helped your business succeed. Christmas is a chance to recognise their contribution and strengthen those relationships for the year ahead.
For staff
Show your team their hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. Recognise individual contributions, celebrate shared achievements and thank employees for the part they’ve played in your business’s success.
For VIP clients
Go beyond a standard Christmas thank-you. Recognise significant partnerships and long-standing relationships with a more personal gesture that reflects the value they bring to your business.
With Christmas approaching, Jenny encourages businesses to plan their corporate gifting early, particularly when personalisation involves selecting fragrances, preparing artwork and printing custom labels.
“For corporate orders, especially personalised orders, we probably need that good four-week mark,” she said.
Smaller orders can generally be completed in around two weeks, while custom Christmas orders usually close at the beginning of December.

A Christmas party with a difference
For businesses looking beyond the traditional office Christmas party, The Candle Lab offers a hands-on candle-making experience where teams can get creative, connect and enjoy time together outside the workplace.
Sessions cater for groups of eight to 16 people, with Christmas-themed jars available from November 1.
Businesses can contact Scented by Harry to discuss personalised Christmas gifting options or book an end-of-year experience through The Candle Lab.
