The Redcliffe Treehouse has joined Moreton Daily Group as a Bronze Strategic Partner, backing free, independent local journalism and strengthening its connection with businesses and the wider community across the City of Moreton Bay.
Owner Cei Heck has built the Redcliffe venue as more than a cafe, combining hospitality with a bookstore and gift shop showcasing local makers and artisans, alongside an event and flexible work space.
The venue hosts everything from business workshops and training to parties, community gatherings and live events, including a concert.
Cei said the business had continued to evolve by listening to what the local community wanted.
“We really wanted to create it for the whole community,” Cei said.
“We are such a lovely diverse community here in Redcliffe, but particularly those who have special needs, who maybe need a gathering place, who need to connect, who want to feel part of something bigger than just themselves.”

That local focus also extends to The Redcliffe Treehouse’s retail offering and its support for local makers, authors and other businesses.
“Oh we’re all about local. Isn’t that what a community is all about, is getting to know each other but really showcasing the beautiful diversity we have here in Redcliffe,” Cei said.
The same philosophy is behind The Redcliffe Treehouse’s decision to become a Moreton Daily Group Strategic Partner.
“Free, independent journalism is so important for a community. It’s really relevant to who we are right now, where we are right now and we need to be a part of that,” Cei said.
“It gives a voice to our community for all things that are important and we are so excited to be part of that engagement.”

Moreton Daily Group Partnerships Manager Lyndsay Lawler welcomed the Redcliffe Treehouse as a Strategic Partner.
“The Redcliffe Treehouse has created something genuinely different in the heart of Redcliffe, bringing together local business, hospitality and community in one welcoming space,” Lyndsay said.
“Cei’s commitment to supporting local people, makers and businesses aligns strongly with what we are building through Moreton Daily and Moreton Daily Business, and we’re delighted to welcome The Redcliffe Treehouse as a Strategic Partner.”
The Redcliffe Treehouse joins a growing network of Strategic Partners supporting Moreton Daily Group’s independent journalism and its work to strengthen connections between businesses and communities across the City of Moreton Bay.
